The error "ERROR_EXCEEDED_MAXIMUM_ACK_TIMEOUT_COUNT" means that the coordinator did not receive an acknowledgement from Z2M within the timeout.
This can happen due to network latency or any other delay.
This also often happens if one of the Zigbee devices is sending too many data packets per second!
